I can not believe it! Two weeks, and I have not posted a single thing. That is what happens when you have a day job, school, and a side business. Sometimes the blog post gets left by the wayside amid the flurry of daily activities. For the time being, Final Exams are over, work is only three days a week, and that leaves a lot more time for Photography and my Blog!
Do you hear the Graduation March playing? It is that time of year again. The time of year to celebrate the end of a major stage in life. Whether this stage is High School, Undergraduate, or maybe your puppy just graduated from obedience school, you are going to want to remember this moment of success in yours or your family members life.
This past weekend I was blessed to be able to shoot a Graduation Session for four girls down in Wilmington. Three of them were graduating from UNCW this Spring, and one from UNCW’s Nursing School this fall. This was a really difficult shoot as we were a little pressed for time. Four girls, with outfit changes, single and group shots, inside of an hour and a half is a tall task. That is not to mention there was a nice little 25 mph breeze down by the water!
I looked over the pictures last night, and I was very happy with 90% of what we shot. I absolutely loved the group shots in the UNCW shirts. The goal is to work on these shots tonight and tomorrow and get them up by that night.
I am very grateful for the opportunity to have worked with these ladies. Every time I go out and shoot I learn so much more about how to get the most out of each shot. I am so thankful to have people trust me to take the shots that they will remember this moment by for the rest of their lives.
Remember as the weather gets nice and Summery to contact me, and I will help you Take Your Best Shot!
